Q: How long does it
take to get an order?
A: All orders are shipped the next business day from
Indianapolis, IN via UPS. Please indicate on the order form if you
want expedited shipping. Remember to allow enough time for your
institution to process a purchase order and send it to Safe
Sitter®.

Q: Who can order Safe
Sitter® products?
A: Orders should be placed by the Site Coordinator of registered
Safe Sitter® teaching sites. Students cannot order directly from
Safe Sitter®.
Q: Do I need a
purchase order number to order?
A: Yes, a purchase order number is required for all orders. If
your organization does not use purchase orders, an authorized
signature is required.
Q: Can I pay for my
orders with a credit card?
A: No, Safe Sitter® can only accept organization checks,
cashier's checks, money orders, or wire transfers.
Q: Can I sell the
messenger bags separately after class?
A: No, our policy requires that if any student in a class gets a
kit, all students must get a kit. The messenger bags are considered
part of the kit.
Q: Does each Student
Manual come with a completion card?
A: Yes, each Student Manual includes one student completion
card. We encourage you to order a few extra completion cards
because of the possibility of misspelling a student's name, losing
a card, etc.
Q: What are the
T-shirts made of and are there children's sizes?
A: T-shirts are available in adult sizes only and are 100%
cotton preshrunk.
