Q: What do I need to
send National Headquarters after a student class?
A: You only need to send a list of the names and addresses of
your graduates. To send the information encrypted for greater
security, click on Send Student Roster. You do not
need to send us Registration Forms, student evaluations, or
tests.
We always enjoy reading outstanding essays, unique comments on
the student evaluations, and poems or stories written by students.
We may even print these in the student newsletter. So please feel
free to submit these anytime!
Q: How long should I
save the Registration Forms and tests after a class?
A: We suggest Registration Forms be kept for at seven years.
Tests may be kept for one year or discarded after each class.
