A board-certified pediatrician and pediatric critical care attending, Dr. Ross received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and did her residency training and fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at New York-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Medical College of Cornell University. A current member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Society of Critical Care Medicine, and New York Society of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, Dr. Ross has won awards for teaching excellence, as selected by pediatric residents for finest teaching by a pediatric resident, and subsequently fellow, from New York-Presbyterian Hospital in both 2004 and 2005. She currently serves as a member of the hospital's Pediatric Critical Care Unit Committee, Committee on Graduate Medical Education, and Pediatric Residency Review Committee.

Dr. Ross is the author of a number of manuscripts, abstracts, and book chapters. She has also made presentations at the New York Society of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Annual Fellows Research Night and the Society of Critical Care Medicine's 36th Critical Care Congress.

Dr. Ross and her husband have four young children and she enjoys running and playing tennis.
